:

The Global Continuous Improvement Expert – Process Automation & Digital Solutions for Transport & Logistics will be responsible to successfully drive CI initiatives related to process automation and to successfully implement any solutions which will lead to further digitalization of Transport and Logistics processes. The Global Continuous Improvement Expert will be responsible to lead small scale automation initiatives, as well as big scale continuous improvement projects which will impact globally processes managed within Transport & Logistics. The role requires project management experience, knowledge about different CI methodologies, seniority in stakeholders’ management, open-minded attitude and thinking out of the box approach.

Your Responsibilities

Project/Initiative Management:

Create an action plan for each project/initiative, outlining steps for implementation, deadlines for completion, and team members involved. Create and manages project schedules, tracking progress, and communicating with team members about deadlines.

Research : Conduct research on best practices in business improvement methods and technology to identify opportunities for company growth and further digitalization

Process Management : review processes and procedures, and implement changes to business processes to assist in the achievement of business objectives in accordance with TT&L Strategy

Documentation : Capture and document continuous improvement learnings to facilitate organizational knowledge sharing and training

Analysis : Analyze data to identify areas of improvement

Continuous Improvement culture development :

Develop a continuous improvement program, and the frameworks, systems, and process improvements to support the embedding of a culture of continuous improvement within the TT&L Work with CoE`s Managers to develop improvement plans, including identifying opportunities for cost reduction, increasing productivity, or improving quality of processes. Identify potential opportunities for improvement within TT&L organization based on input from employees and customers.

Your background

3-5 year of experience in similar position Experience in Project Management, Systems & Digital Solutions Implementations Six Sigma Green Belt certification would be a plus Lean methodology knowledge Fluency in English, both written and spoken Knowledge about SAP TM/GTS/Real Time Tracking and other digital solutions for Transportation & Logistics would be a plus Outstanding business partnering and influencing skills Seniority in stakeholders’ management Ability to work out problems, design and implement new approaches from a sound base of CI knowledge, Ability to identify process gaps/waste and recommend improvements.
