Team Assistant to Global Head of Marketing – maternity cover contract (f/m/d) (100%)

 

The Team Assistant supports the Global Head of Marketing & Consumer Engagement sloggi & Triumph with the following tasks

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: provide comprehensive administrative support to the Brand Leadership, including managing schedules, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
  • Calendar Oversight: manage and update calendars including vacations for team members, with a particular focus on the Global Head of Marketing & Consumer Engagement sloggi & Triumph
  • Meeting/Event Coordination: organize and coordinate meetings, workshops, and conferences both internal & external which includes handling logistics, agenda creation, and catering, as necessary
  • Office Management: oversee general office tasks, including invoice processing, order management, signature handling, dealing with the post & e-mails and maintaining office supplies
  • Document Handling: support with executive-level presentations, meeting minutes and other documentation including handling internal/external correspondences
  • Collaboration and Team Support: foster collaboration among team members and liaise with other Team Assistants, contributing to a positive and efficient working environment
  • Flexibility and Coordination: be adaptable and proactive in handling ad-hoc projects, ensuring smooth coordination and flexibility in working hours
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Global Head of Marketing & Consumer Engagement sloggi & Triumph to meet the evolving needs of the department

 

Your ideal profile:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role, preferably within a mixed management environment
  • Skills: strong interpersonal and communication skills, high business and solution orientation, hands-on and pragmatic approach, self-motivation, assertiveness, and teamwork, energetic and high sense of initiative and drive
  • IT Proficiency: proficiency in MS Office. Strong PowerPoint skills are essential
  • Language Skills: fluency in English, German is an advantage, Polish is a nice to have
  • Adaptability: flexibility to deal with change and a spontaneous initiative to get things done
