Short Intro and About the Job
Benefits Administration Team Manager is accountable for implementation of benefits policies & the execution of the benefits administration processes, including managing of employee requests in scope. He/she ensures consistency and compliance for the services in scope and monitors process continuous performance, quality and efficiency. He/she is also involved in managing benefits providers, included in negotiations, provides insights to Reward Manager to develop relevant Benefits Policy, is responsible for benefits providers contracts related to administration & process part.
We offer job contract for a definite period (maternity cover) till January 2026.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Benefits policy, administration & processes
Deploying benefits policies, business rules and processes, risk and controls, in compliance with local legal and business constraints Maintaining & improving process of invoicing of benefits Providing Insights & recommendations for updates of Benefits Policies, including monitoring of employee satisfaction on benefits Managing benefits providers in terms of administration of benefit & execution of the contract Leading the local benefits administration team on Benefits administration and Employee request management related to benefits administrationPerformance & efficiency
Monitoring the level of service quality and team performance for the activities in scope Leading local benefits efficiency projects with a continuous improvement approach in coordination of local Reward Manager or IBS Solutions Lead Staying abreast of the latest developments, best practices and trends on his/her domain to bring leading edge expertise Actively working on decreasing prices or increasing value for employees/companySolutions & data
Defining and maintaining local Employee benefits master data Contributing to benefits-related technology projectsCompliance
Ensuring benefits administration activities in scope are compliant with local regulations and Group & CBUs policies Ensuring Processes & Controls reviews + audits are delivered
About You
Degree: management or economics, human resources Min 2-3 years of experience in Benefits Administration or Payroll & Admin or Human Resources Analytical mindset Practical knowledge of MS Office, esp. Excel Strong knowledge of benefits administration & processes and systems, local regulations Business partnering and service-oriented mindset
