Inviting applications for the role of Collection Specialist - Senior Process Associate-German Hybrid Wrocław
Responsibilities
• Day to day Customer contact, including chasing for customer payment as determined by work queue and keeping customer accounts within your portfolio accurate, clean and up to date
• Direct contact with the customer accounting departments by phone/mail
• Assistance for cash allocation
• Responding to possible queries and cooperating with customer care and business units to resolve them
• Keeping a good relationship with the customers in line with the company’s values
• Cooperating with different business units and reporting statuses during monthly governance calls
