Cyberlift is a cybersecurity startup offering an all-in-one human risk management platform with a mission to prevent human errors and foster a robust security culture.

Role Description

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Account Executive to drive sales activities while fostering strong relationships with our existing clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record within the B2B SaaS industry, with strong account management skills, excellent English and sales communication abilities. You will work closely with the CEO and other key team members to expand our customer base, ensure client satisfaction, and drive revenue growth.

As the Account Executive, you will

  1. Identify and acquire new business opportunities to grow the customer base through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
  2. Make initial contact with prospective clients, delivering compelling sales pitches and conducting tailored product demonstrations.
  3. Prepare customized proposals and presentations to address client requirements and business challenges.
  4. Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and uncover upsell opportunities.
  5. Develop and execute a sales plan, including forecasting, pipeline management, and achieving monthly targets.
  6. Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM and provide accurate sales and performance reporting.
  7. Stay updated on cybersecurity industry trends and competitors to position Cyberlift effectively.

Who You Are

  1. 3+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on B2B SaaS or technology solutions.
  2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing client relationships.
  3. Strong account management skills with the ability to build trust and foster long-term partnerships.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (both written and verbal).
  5. Experience using CRM tools to manage sales pipelines and reporting.
  6. Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  7. A proactive, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  8. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Nice to haves but not deal breakers:

  1. Previous experience in SaaS
  2. Good understanding of cybersecurity sales specifics
