Job TitleServices & Solutions Delivery Specialist (Parts)
Job DescriptionAs a Services Specialist within the Parts process you are responsible for making sure that spare parts are available and delivered for our customers and Service Engineers from UKI.
Your role:
- Receiving POs from customers and Service Engineers for spare parts
- Processing POs in the system, which end with automatic request to the transportation department
- Managing invoice disputes on customer requests, including issuing credit & debit invoices
- Informing customers about delays and interruptions with delivery

You're the right fit if:
- You have a bachelor's degree
- You have fluent English (C1 level)
- You have min. 1 year of professional experience in fields related to in customer service, supply chain, or accounting operations
- You keep a high standard of communication
- You bring a positive "can-do" attitude and are always ready to lend a hand to others.
- You have comprehensive PC skills, and knowledge of Excel, SAP, Salesforce would be an advantage
- You are not afraid of change and have the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- You have a problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify improvement opportunities
- You have good organizational skills and an aptitude for details
