Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist

Job Description

As a Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist, you are responsible for taking care of Field Change Orders operational support globally.

  • Create Field Change Order Headers for technical solutions.
  • Upload Unit Affected List files provided by Business Units into SMAX system.
  • Publish documents in InCenter.
  • Maintenance of data in SAP MP1.
  • Provide "Tier 1" process and capability support to members within the FCO communities when they have issues or require guidance for execution-based activities.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have a bachelor's degree
  • You have fluent English (C1 level)
  • You have min. 1 year of professional experience in fields related to customer service, supply chain, or accounting operations
  • You keep a high standard of communication
  • You bring a positive "can-do" attitude and are always ready to lend a hand to others.
  • You have comprehensive PC skills, and knowledge of Excel, SAP, Salesforce would be an advantage
  • You are not afraid of change and have the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have a problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify improvement opportunities
  • You have good organizational skills and an aptitude for details
