Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist with German (fixed-term contract)
Job DescriptionAs a Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist within the Contracts process, you are responsible for managing service contracts and warranties within the DACH market. You will ensure the quality and functionality of Philips equipment to meet our customer's needs and manage service requests to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Your role:
- Creating, renewing & terminating service contracts and extended warranties
- Modifying existing contracts and extended warranties for appropriate service execution, pricing, and billing information
- Verifying customers' entitlements on ad-hoc requests & issuing invoices and credit/debit notes
- Connecting the correct installed products
- Receiving, monitoring, and ensuring timely closure of all types of service requests
- Developing and maintaining high standards of telephone conversations and written communications with customers and service providers
- Fixed term contract until the end of July 2026

You're the right fit if you have:
- Minimum 1 year of experience within Customer Service, Supply Chain, or a similar area
- Fluent German is a must
- English at a minimum B2 level
- Professional experience in fields related to customer service, supply chain, or accounting operations would be an asset
- You enjoy having direct contact with customers (B2B) and maintain a high standard of communication
- You bring a positive "can-do" attitude and are always ready to lend a hand to others
- Comprehensive PC skills; knowledge of Excel, SAP, and Salesforce would be an advantage
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify improvement opportunities
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
