Key Responsibilities:

  1. Foster an agile ways of working culture within the team, including commitments to attend and contribute to effective agile ceremonies such as stand ups, refinement, planning and retrospectives.
  2. Implement and maintain digital scrum boards for enhanced transparency of tasks, progress and blockers.
  3. Facilitate a collaborative culture within the team, with other stakeholders and with Product Owners.
  4. Leverage digital reporting and analytics tools to measure and analyze key agile metrics such as burndown charts.
  5. Use appropriate tools to identify, assess and manage risk and issues, ensuring proactive risk mitigation.
  6. Work with the team and release team to get code tested, reviewed and merged in a timely manner. Manage the merge slots and support any remediation actions on keeping the pipeline unblocked.
  7. Work with the Delivery Manager and Product Owner on regular refinement of the Product Roadmap.
  8. Support the backlog prioritisation process with the team and Product Owner(s) to optimise product development.
  9. Engage with the cross team Delivery Scrum of Scrums (SOS) to share learnings and best practices with other scrum masters within the Non-Asylum delivery team.

Here's what you'll need:

  1. Previous experience in a software delivery environment.
  2. Understanding of Agile principles.
  3. Technical background (e.g., working as Software Developer, Tester, etc.).
