This role involves working with cross-functional teams to implement Agile methodologies and improve team performance. You will be responsible for overseeing build activities, leading development and testing teams, and promoting adherence to Agile principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement Agile frameworks to ensure efficient and effective team performance.
  2. Lead development and testing teams to achieve sprint goals and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  3. Collaborate with integrated applications to manage project dependencies and ensure seamless alignment.
  4. Coach and mentor teams and stakeholders to enhance their understanding of Agile standards and best practices.
  5. Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies to ensure effective communication, progress tracking, and continuous improvement.
  6. Apply metrics to measure team progress and performance, identifying opportunities for process optimization.
  7. Collaborate with the Product Owner to build and maintain a well-groomed Product Backlog.
