The mission of Supply Chain in Aliaxis EMEA is to act as an integrated supply chain reliably delivering on our customer promise in a safe, sustainable, and cost-efficient way. We energize our teams through people development and transformative processes and technologies.

The Customer Services Representative serves as the main point of contact for our customers. They handle inquiries, take orders, provide updates, book transportation, and issue invoices. They collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address any risks or roadblocks that arise.

Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, the Customer Services Representative will play a key role in serving our customers inside the Supply Chain organization.

The role is hybrid; the employee will be required to work at least 2 days per week in the office located in Wroclaw.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • Customer and stakeholder handling in English and German (90% via e-mail),
  • Order management and coordination,
  • Data maintenance,
  • Documentation and complaint management,
  • Basic continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, order management, or similar.
  • Fluent knowledge of English and communicative level of German – any additional European language will be a plus.
  • Experience in using ERP systems (preferably Microsoft AX or SAP) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio) will be a plus.
