Job Title: HSE Specialist
Sector: Civil Construction
Location: Warsaw
Start Date: 02/2025, minimum 6-month duration

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the onsite HSE subject matter expert, providing guidance to construction personnel (approximately 200 team members).
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure compliance with corporate and local HSE standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections, monitor compliance, and manage HSE documentation and risk assessments.
  • Deliver safety inductions, maintain training records, and lead safety meetings and daily briefs.
  • Manage incident reporting and investigations, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure emergency preparedness and coordinate with the General Contractor on emergency protocols.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Recognized professional safety certification; ideally HSE diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience managing HSE operations on large construction sites.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Polish safety regulations and experience in HSE training delivery.
  • Ability to operate independently and manage complex technical requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Recognized professional safety certification; ideally an HSE diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in managing HSE operations on large construction sites.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Knowledge of Polish safety regulations and experience delivering HSE training.
  • Ability to work independently and manage complex technical requirements.
