Inviting applications for the role of Customer Planner analyst - Senior Process Associate – Czech – Remote Poland

The purpose of this role is to manage business processes of Integrated Customer Business Planning, including target setting, volume forecasting, TTS setup, and customer claims. This role will help Customer Account Managers focus more on business growth activities.

The Customer Planner Role supports Customer Account Managers in customer planning and execution business processes, operating tools according to requirements and updating information within the tools and systems on time. This role ensures that relevant and timely information is available for efficient decision-making.

Responsibilities in Integrated Customer Business Processes

Daily support of Customer Account Managers in planning and execution of customer-related promotional activities:

  1. Create promotion input by ensuring promo creation in TPM is completed on time and according to Customer Account Managers' requests.
  2. Ensure all relevant promotional details are up-to-date and available in TPM.
  3. Reconcile and resolve promo mismatch issues between TPM and Retailer portals.
  4. Validate required details to create or amend a Promo and manage exceptions.
  5. Ensure all conditions set up in TPM are interfaced to SAP with correct data.

Daily support of Customer Account Managers in planning and execution of non-promotional activities:

  1. Ensure all relevant non-promotional details are up-to-date in TPM.
  2. Ensure all conditions set up outside of TPM are reflected in SAP.
  3. Evaluate and update Product Cards with activity plans based on assortment changes.
  4. Update Customer Price Lists according to requests from Customer Account Managers.

Establish strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders:

  1. Interact with internal stakeholders, Customer Account Managers, CSP Team, Integrated Planning Team, Claims Management Specialist, and Pricing Team.
  2. Ensure all requested details are provided by the Customer Account Manager.
  3. Regular query resolution and proactive communication.
Qualifications we seek in you

Any Graduate / preferably Business or Operations

Proactive and self-motivated to follow up with multiple teams for pending information.

Understanding of Trade Promotions processes, FMCG business features, and execution processes.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Fluent in both Czech & English.

Experience in Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Power Point, and MS Teams; advanced Excel skills.

Smart problem solver with practical solutions for all roles within a process.

Strong team player and dependable.

Able to manage workload and prioritize tasks.

Preferred qualifications

Exposure to the consumer goods industry.

Familiarity with Trade Promotions Management tools, SAP, etc.

Experience in transitioning processes is a plus.
