Job Title: Administration Specialist with Scandinavian Language

A key member of our team, the Administration Specialist with Scandinavian Language will provide internal multi-functional support, contact clients regarding orders and shipments, and prepare e-documents.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to support business processes and suggest improvements
  • Offer internal support to various departments
  • Contact clients about orders, invoices, payments, and deliveries
  • Create electronic documents
Employer Requirements:
  • Proficient in one of the Scandinavian languages (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, or Finnish) at B1 level
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Prior experience in Customer Service, Administration, Order Management, Logistics, Procurement, or Purchasing is highly valued
