Mission:

We are looking for a PMO for Horizon's Program.

Horizon Program is a transformative initiative focused on enhancing the capabilities of the business finance function. The program's primary objective is to empower the finance teams to provide valuable insights that drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence, contributing to the overall Equity Story of the company. Through this program, the finance function will be equipped to deliver actionable information, enabling the organization to make informed and impactful business decisions.

Location & commitments:

  • Full-time job
  • Warsaw (office at Konstruktorska street)
  • Hybrid model (2 days per week from the office)

Your IMPACT:

As a member of the Finance Digital Transformation organization, you will work closely with Horizon's End-to-End Program Delivery Manager and our external partners to:

  • Support Horizon Program planning, execution, and monitoring activities.
  • Orchestrate the end-to-end execution of the 7 Business Finance priorities, securing consistent planning across different project streams, coordinating their interdependencies.
  • Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project data, analyze performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support risk management activities, including risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between project stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely resolution of issues.
  • Assist in resource management, including resource allocation, capacity planning, and tracking of resource utilization.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of project governance processes and standards.

Your Profile:

  • University degree in finance, accounting, computer science, engineering, mathematics, economics or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of managing projects, ideally in Finance.
  • Finance background, knowledgeable in Schneider Electric Business Finance performance model is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven teamwork ability, multicultural skills, and autonomy.
  • Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Capacity to identify issues/risks, analyze and understand underlying causes, and devise appropriate action plans.
  • Good judgment on when and how to escalate issues.
