Customer Sales Assistant with Czech, Warsaw

Our ideal candidate will be a customer-focused professional who is proficient in both written and spoken Polish, Czech, and English.

About the Job
  • Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and via email to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer orders efficiently, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate closely with the logistical manager to ensure smooth delivery and communication with customers.
  • Monitor backorders and follow up on delivery times to minimize delays and maintain open communication channels.
  • Offer daily support to the country Manager and customers, addressing their concerns and providing timely resolutions.
  • Treat complaints professionally, empathetically, and with a commitment to finding a solution.
  • Work closely with company databases and files to manage customer information and update pricelists as necessary.
  • Create and print statistics to track customer interactions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Update pricelists and prices, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
  • Follow up on payments to maintain accurate financial records and prevent any discrepancies.
  • Facilitate the flow of information between bookkeeping in Holland and our team, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange.
  • Maintain and order office materials, including stationary goods and computer equipment, to ensure a well-equipped and efficient workspace.
  • Translate product content to meet customer needs and promote cross-cultural understanding.
  • Manage invoices for our Local Unit, ensuring prompt payment and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Compile invoice specifications for customer bonuses and credit notes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Prepare and issue credit notes in a timely manner, maintaining clear and transparent communication with customers.
Requirements
  • Proficient communication skills in Polish, Czech, and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in Customer Service is highly valued but not essential.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing is beneficial but not required.
  • Strong computer skills, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Excellent social and communicative skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Good listening skills, with a sufficient level of empathy to understand customer needs and concerns.
  • A Degree-level education, ideally in administration or marketing, is preferred but not essential.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to changing situations and priorities.
