Junior Customer Care Specialist with Czech or Slovak

This position requires communication skills, empathy, solution-finding skills, and good planning and task management.
Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner, liaising with courier companies to clarify shipment details, and collaborating with other departments within Westwing.
The ideal candidate will possess fluency in Czech or Slovak, an empathetic attitude and a strong desire to help others, excellent listening skills, strong organisational abilities, communicative English at a minimum B2 level, and basic Polish language skills.
