Customer Care Specialist with Norwegian

We are seeking a highly skilled customer care specialist with proficiency in Norwegian and English to join our team in Warsaw, Poland.
About the Role:- Solve customer issues related to flight reservations, delays, changes, obtaining invoices, and similar situations.
- Answer customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
- Assist with making reservations, rescheduling, and cancellations.
No prior experience is required as we will provide comprehensive training.
What We Offer:- A safe working environment with a full-time employment contract.
- A flexible schedule of 8 hours a day, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday from 7 am to 7 pm and Saturday to Sunday from 9 am to 6 pm).
