About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Norwegian Customer Advisor to join our team in Warsaw. As a key member of our support team, you will provide expert guidance and support to our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading streaming company, handling inquiries related to contracts, billing, and technical issues. You will also assist both B2B and B2C clients as first and second-line support.
Requirements for the position include:
- Fluency in Norwegian (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
