We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist with Norwegian and English to join our team at TN Poland. As a Support Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer support to a leading streaming company.

About the Role

You will be responsible for handling inquiries related to contracts, billing, and technical issues. You will also assist both B2B and B2C clients as first and second-line support, process customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, and conduct outbound calls for administrative tasks such as feedback collection or payment reminders.

Requirements
  • Fluency in Norwegian (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
  • Basic administrative and technical knowledge.
  • Availability to work 5 days a week in rotating shifts.
