Main responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via outbound calls, providing assistance and promoting products.
- Make daily outbound calls and follow-ups.
- Assist customers to ensure they have no blockers to enjoying company products.
- Promote sites, products, campaigns, and overall entertainment offering.
- Work with team leaders to ensure targets are understood.
- Collaborate with other departments such as Payments, Risk, VIP, and Customer Support.
Requirements:
- An energetic passion for customer service and sales.
- Comfort in striking up conversations while confidently promoting company's sites, products, and promotions.
- A drive to reach targets and overachieve on a daily basis.
- Able to communicate at a bilingual or native level of Norwegian and fluent English.
- An understanding of the Casino and/or sports betting industry.
- Availability to work on shifts.
- Target-oriented and driven by achieving goals.
