Responsibilities and Expectations:
As a CUSTOMER ADVISOR with Norwegian language skills, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer support to our clients. This includes handling inquiries related to contracts, billing, and technical issues, as well as assisting both B2B and B2C clients as first and second-line support. You will also be expected to work closely with internal teams to resolve client complaints and concerns. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in the Norwegian language (C1 level). You should also have at least 6 months of experience in customer service, along with basic administrative and technical knowledge. Additionally, you must be available to work 5 days a week in rotating shifts, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and weekends from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
