We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist with language skills to join our team at TN Poland. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our clients.
About the Role:- You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide them with tailored solutions.
- You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- You will build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and providing them with excellent service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically.
