Realize your career ambitions as a Customer Experience Specialist at Mölnlycke and drive issue resolution through internal and external stakeholder coordination.

Regional Scope: Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary

Location: Prague (office/home office) or alternatively Budapest

What you'll do:

  • Quickly and efficiently resolve all customer requests, including complaints and order corrections, communication with customers, identifying problems, and resolving them to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Manage the entire order process from receipt to delivery, including processing orders, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring all orders are delivered on time and in perfect condition.
  • Participate in back-office activities such as portfolio price updates, customer account management, and invoicing, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Regular communication with carriers and customers in English, addressing logistical issues, and ensuring all parties are informed and satisfied.
  • Work with the SAP system for order management, invoicing, and other administrative tasks (knowledge of this system is an advantage, but we provide necessary training).

What you'll need:

  • Min 3 years of professional experience in complex Customer Service and/or Sales Support
  • Ability to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders and customers.
  • Digital savvy and computer skills (Microsoft suite, SAP or another ERP system).
  • Experience in cross-selling and upselling, driving customer loyalty and retention.
  • Process-orientation and process improvement mindset.
  • Native level of Czech or Slovak, and fluent in English, and communicative level of Hungarian are mandatory.
