About the Role

LeasingTeam Professional is looking for an experienced customer service expert to support our international clients. As a customer support representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication between our clients and their customers.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Providing product information and features to customers
  • Escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluency in Norwegian (C1 level) and English (B2 level) is required, as well as at least 6 months of experience in customer service.
