This role will involve providing exceptional customer service to key accounts, handling customer orders and resolving any issues that may arise. You will work closely with the Key Account Manager and Demand Planners to ensure that customer requirements are met.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer-facing roles, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in German language.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Handle customer orders and resolve any issues related to order management.
  2. Work closely with the Key Account Manager and Demand Planners to ensure customer requirements are met.
  3. Maximize customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality services and resolving customer complaints efficiently.
  4. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest improvements to the team.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Advanced proficiency in German language (speaking and writing).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
