As a Technical Account Representative, you will work closely with engineering and product teams to resolve technical issues and provide insights. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a deep technical understanding of payment domains, including expertise in ISO8583.
- Serving as the primary technical point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- You will drive technical discussions to resolve complex issues.
- You will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
- You will analyse application error logs, exceptions, and stack traces to identify root causes.
