As a Technical Service Representative at Bruker's Business Support Center (BSC) in Warsaw, Poland, you will play a critical role in delivering technical customer support remotely and collaborating with our sales team for technical questions and after-market sales.

The AXS Remote Engineer role requires strong IT skills and excellent client service skills. You will work closely with our global customer hotline and provide 1st level support, as well as offer 2nd level support for installations, spare parts replacement, diagnostics, and planned maintenance through remote tools.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver technical customer support remotely
  2. Support the regional and global customer hotline and provide 1st level support
  3. Offer 2nd level support for installations, spare parts replacement, diagnostics, and planned maintenance through remote tools
  4. Collaborate with the sales team for technical questions and after-market sales
  5. Maintain regular customer contacts to ensure maximum satisfaction
  6. Provide back-up for field service and offer onsite customer support if required
  7. Participate in occasional business travel

What We Look For

  1. A degree in material science, physics, or engineering
  2. Experience in high-voltage equipment and customer service
  3. Excellent client service skills and strong IT skills
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  5. Material Science or Physics Education
  6. Language: English (min. C1 Level) and one additional language will be beneficial (German, French, Italian, or Spanish)
