Your responsibilities:

  1. Coordinating a team of 5-7 buyers and coordinating the purchasing activity of the team for our Katowice Office;
  2. Providing proximity management for the acquisition team;
  3. Recruiting, training, evaluation and supervision of the subordinated team;
  4. Ensuring the transfer of tasks to team members and problem solving support;
  5. Analyzing the team results and reporting the results to the top management;
  6. Motivating and proposing actions to achieve the objectives/targets, set KPI's.
