Role Overview

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing our existing and future accounts in the Silesian Voivodeship province. This includes defining a plan for the territory, establishing productive customer relationships, and organizing commercial activities to increase penetration and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a territory plan that meets sales objectives.
  • Manage and grow our existing and future accounts to reach or exceed established sales objectives.
  • Establish and maintain productive and trust-based customer relationships.
  • Organize and drive commercial activities, such as sales meetings and product launches.

Requirements:

  • Prioritize tasks and manage resources to achieve the objectives.
  • High responsiveness to customer needs.
  • Actively share experience and best practices with the local team and assure know-how transfer for new colleagues.
  • Strong negotiation, verbal and written skills.
  • Good understanding of CRM approaches and tools.
  • Valid driving license (travel required).
