Role Overview

Nobel Biocare is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in the Silesian Voivodeship region.

Main Tasks:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve established sales objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including identifying opportunities for growth and addressing customer concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and ensure successful implementations.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage sales interactions, report on performance metrics, and analyze customer behavior.

Requirements:

  • Commercial/business management degree or technical degree (e.g., dental technician) with additional commercial qualification.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage resources to achieve the objectives.
  • Passion for implementing and carrying out activities.
  • High responsiveness to customer needs.
  • Actively share experience and best practices with the local team and assure know-how transfer for new colleagues.
  • Strong negotiation, verbal, and written skills.
  • Good understanding of CRM approaches and tools.
  • Valid driving license (travel required).
  • Fluent/Native in local language.
  • Valuable English language knowledge.
  • Critical Experience:
  • More than 3 years' experience in a similar position in the health sector, with preference for dental and/or medical devices or consumables. Experience in an international company preferred.
  • Proven track record in a similar role in sales.
