Job Summary

We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our team in the Silesian Voivodeship province. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and be able to develop and implement a territory plan that meets sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a territory plan that meets sales objectives.
  • Manage and grow our existing and future accounts to reach or exceed established sales objectives.
  • Establish and maintain productive and trust-based customer relationships.
  • Organize and drive commercial activities, such as sales meetings and product launches.

Requirements:

  • Commercial/business management degree or technical degree with additional commercial qualification.
  • More than 3 years' experience in a similar position in the health sector, with preference for dental and/or medical devices or consumables.
  • Proven track record in a similar role in sales.
