Job Description:

Join the new structures of SSC and be a part of a newly-built team. If you have experience in leading a team within SSC/BPO structures and you speak one of these languages: Dutch, German, or French - we have an offer for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of Customer Service Specialists
  • Monitoring team performance and motivating team members
  • Taking care and acting a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality customer experience
  • Building and maintaining good business relationships with customers (B2B) and internal department representatives
  • Overseeing order processing in the SAP system
  • Resolving customers' complaints and handling escalations

Requirements:

  • University degree or proven track record in customer-centric work (min. 2 years in people management)
  • Fluency in English and one additional language: Dutch, German, or French
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an asset
  • Knowledge of SAP is preferable
  • Ability to solve ad-hoc problems and excellent communication skills
  • Customer orientation and strong analytical skills
