Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Lead / Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing regional strategies to attract, engage, and hire diverse talent.

Your primary focus will be on hiring in France, followed by broader EMEA locations.

You will oversee recruitment activities from inception to completion, partnering closely with Hiring Managers and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing full life-cycle recruitment of the recruiting process to include (but not limited to) research/sourcing, hiring manager engagement, posting inclusive job adverts, pre-screening/interviewing, and offer negotiations.
  • Building productive partnerships with functional leaders, HR Business Partners, hiring managers and external partners.
  • Acting as a Talent Brand Ambassador, providing timely, actionable and constructive feedback to candidates.
  • Partnering with, and guiding, managers and colleagues in best practice recruitment.
  • Mentoring more junior TA colleagues when required.
Requirements
  • Proven background in in-house recruitment (including France), ideally in an FMCG or related environment.
  • Fluent in English and French (written and verbal).
