We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to take on the role of Project Leader for an Omnichannel Project. This role involves coordinating team meetings, managing project documentation, supporting event preparation, and ensuring seamless communication across stakeholders.

YOU WILL
- Support Management Team meetings, including agenda creation, minute-taking, action log tracking, and stakeholder communication.
- Gather and manage pre-read materials, develop templates, and maintain action logs.
- Assist with event preparation, including repository creation, content and access management, and communication distribution.
- Coordinate and lead team meetings, managing setup, agendas, meeting minutes, and follow-ups.
- Provide ad hoc documentation support as needed.
- Customer-first mindset, ensuring stakeholder needs are prioritized.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and work flexibly.
- Strong proactive approach to problem-solving and project coordination.
- Proven ability to build relationships across functions and levels within an organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong influencing abilities.
- A collaborative and agile approach, with experience working in a fast-paced environment.
