Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of technical tasks, including diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues with operating systems and servers.

Maintenance of devices and implementation of technical security measures for the IT system are also key responsibilities.

Additional duties include providing ongoing support to end-users, configuring workstations, data integration and migration, building relationships with B2B clients, and maintaining order documentation in the ERP system.

Other responsibilities include maintaining a register of client resources in the ERP system, creating technical documentation and reporting, and providing technical support for the sales department and Service/HelpDesk.

This role requires occasional stationary work from the office (1 day per week initially, increasing to up to 2 days per week in subsequent years).

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2 Years of Experience in Similar Position
  2. Good Knowledge of Network and Server Equipment
  3. Very Good Knowledge of Windows Server and Server Roles
  4. Very Good Knowledge of Microsoft Client Operating Systems
  5. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Services Administration
  6. Good Knowledge of LAN, WAN, WIFI, VPN Networks
  7. Ability to Configure Router/UTM for Work
  8. Knowledge of Backup Systems
  9. Possession or Willingness to Obtain Technical Certifications
  10. Knowledge of English Language (Minimum B1)
  11. Driving License Category B Supported by Experience
