As a Junior Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for customer care via various channels (telephone, email, and messenger). This position requires communication skills, empathy, solution-finding skills, and good planning and task management. It is essential to have fluency in Czech/Slovak. This position is unlimited and located in Warsaw.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing assistance during the purchasing process.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Liaise with courier companies to clarify shipment details.
  • Collaborate with other departments within Westwing.
YOU COME WITH
  • Fluency in Czech or Slovak.
  • An empathetic attitude and a strong desire to help others.
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities.
  • Communicative English at a minimum B2 level.
  • Basic Polish language skills.
