Junior Customer Care Specialist with Czech or Slovak

As a Junior Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for customer care via various channels (telephone, email, and messenger). This position requires communication skills, empathy, solution-finding skills, and good planning and task management. It is essential to have fluency in Czech/Slovak. This position is unlimited and located in Warsaw.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing assistance during the purchasing process.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Liaise with courier companies to clarify shipment details.
- Collaborate with other departments within Westwing.
- Fluency in Czech or Slovak.
- An empathetic attitude and a strong desire to help others.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Strong organisational abilities.
- Communicative English at a minimum B2 level.
- Basic Polish language skills.
