Rozwijamy biznes Klientów w oparciu o Performance Funkcjonalny. Performance Funkcjonalny to nasza autorska strategia efektywnościowa. Jest konsekwencją zintegrowanej obsługi digitalowej marek w modelu DMF (Digitalowy Marketing Funkcjonalny). Jesteśmy blisko 50-osobowym zespołem.

W związku z naszym rozwojem poszukujemy Performance Business Growth Managera.

Zakres odpowiedzialności i obowiązków:

  • budowanie i wdrażanie strategii sprzedaży i rozwoju;
  • aktywne poszukiwanie i budowanie relacji z potencjalnym klientem;
  • performance'owy rozwój aktualnych klientów;
  • realizacja celów sprzedażowych;
  • inicjowanie i podejmowanie działań wspierających wzrost biznesu i udziału w rynku;
  • monitorowanie i bieżąca analiza rynku w celu poszukiwania szans rozwoju i kreowania zmian;
  • współpraca z działami performance marketingu i kreatywnymi;

Wymagania i kompetencje:

  • minimum 2-letnie doświadczenie w sprzedaży i rozwoju klientów;
  • łatwość w nawiązywaniu i budowaniu relacji;
  • nastawienie na rozwój i poszukiwanie lepszych rozwiązań;
  • pewność siebie, odwaga i kreatywność;
  • rozwinięte zdolności analityczne;
  • wysoko rozwinięte zdolności negocjacyjne;
  • determinacja w osiąganiu celów;
  • organizacja pracy własnej i działu handlowego;
  • płynna komunikacja w języku angielskim;
  • gotowość do wyjazdów służbowych i udziału w konferencjach jako prelegent;
