The Junior Accounts Payable Associate with Spanish will perform basic payable functions within the company's invoice processing systems. This position will have rare contact with vendors and other company personnel regarding the processing of invoices. Candidates will work mobile/hybrid schedule at our Krakow Global Shared Services (GSS) Center.

Your Day to Day:

  • Ensure invoices and related support are scanned and entered into the system.
  • Process and match purchase order and non-purchase order invoices.
  • Monitor and resolve issues within the system supported invoice workflow process.
  • Resolve and escalate invoices requiring further research before posting with the appropriate party, internally or externally.
  • Establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Evaluate opportunities to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness in invoice processing.
  • Maintain accounts payable policies and adhere to other established internal controls within the payables process.
  • Process non-purchase order invoices adhering closely to company policy and controls.
  • Monitor and follow-up on invoices blocked for payment and take action to release when appropriate.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or other related field OR
  • Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or other related field and professional experience with a Bachelor of Science Degree OR
  • During the last year of Bachelor Degree.
    • Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
    • Ability to communicate internally and externally with diplomacy and tact.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize daily competing priorities.
    • Working knowledge of common MS Office applications such as Excel and Word.
    • Open to gain new knowledge, ability to learn new things.
    • Able to handle sensitive or confidential information.

Language Requirements:

English language on B2/C1 level/Spanish B2/C1 level.
