Inviting applications for the role of S&OE and IBP planning - Sr Manager - Hybrid - Krakow, Poland

Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Strategy-to-Execution: support the alignment of IBP and S&OE processes within our vision for Next Generation Planning, ensuring our strategies are future-proof and enable a strong competitive advantage.
  2. Innovation Integration: Implement innovative approaches in IBP and S&OE processes by leveraging industry best practices, emerging technologies, data analytics, and artificial intelligence to create a dynamic and adaptive planning environment.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: engage in a culture of collaboration and co-creation, bringing together diverse teams to share insights, ideas, and expertise in shaping the future of our planning and execution landscape.
  4. Agile Planning and Execution: support the introduction of agile methodologies to the planning and execution process, enabling the organization to respond swiftly to market changes, evolving customer demands, and supply constraints.
  5. S&OE Integration: Integrate S&OE processes to ensure efficient and effective execution of the IBP strategy, focusing on short-term operational alignment and immediate execution needs.
  6. Real-Time Monitoring: Implement real-time monitoring tools to track and manage performance, ensuring timely adjustments to maintain alignment with strategic objectives.
Required Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
  2. Proven 5+ years of experience in Business Process Management within Supply Chain Planning, with a focus on driving innovation, transformation, and change management.
  3. Proven track record of supporting transformational initiatives.
  4. Experience in leveraging advanced technologies for planning and decision support.
  5. Strategic and operational thinking skills.
  6. Ability to inspire, influence, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams through transformative change.
Desired Characteristics
  1. Strong oral and written communication skills.
  2. Strong interpersonal skills and "influencing without authority."
  3. Ability to analyse and resolve problems with speed, accuracy, and creativity.
