About the role

We are now looking for a Key Account Manager Mass Market to join our Mass Market Channel Sales team in Warsaw to ensure the achievement of sell-in/sell-out targets and availability/visibility targets in the key account Mass Market business across mixed channels.

Key responsibilities
  • Developing credible relationships that lead to win-win agreements and ensure the implementation of Haleon's strategy.

  • Building annual customer plans and ensuring regular monitoring of their execution.

  • Accountability for the execution of Haleon's commercial strategy for Mass Market customers. Sell-in and Sell-out and market share target hitting.

  • Cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment on activation plans.

  • Responsibility for timely and coordinated customer orders, based on accurate forecasting and delivery.

  • Effective distribution of promotional materials and feedback to customer marketing teams on the effectiveness of the materials.

  • Market / customer / competition feedback that can support decision making, feed into forecasting and sub-channel strategy.

  • Advisory on the commercial policy of the subchannel.

Qualifications and skills
  • Fluency in Polish and English.

  • University Degree (preferably in Economics / Business Administration).

  • Experience in FMCG industry is essential.

  • Minimum 3 years field sales experience.

  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.

  • Ability to synthesize large customer and brand data sets to drive business decisions.

  • Negotiation / influencing / communication skills.

  • Proven ability to manage high levels of complexity in a changing environment.

  • Results orientation, resilience, problem solving and decision making.
