Job Description:The opportunity
Joining EY Global Delivery Services Poland, you will become a part of a very dynamic team with the possibility to make your mark. We have interesting opportunities for you.
Your key responsibilities
- Preparing and updating internal databases for the German market;
- Preparing documents as the first information source for tender discussions among Engagement Teams;
- Supporting Engagement Teams with pursuit processes, research, and other activities in Germany and the West Europe region;
- Providing process-related analysis on ongoing projects;
- Close cooperation with stakeholders to handle ad-hoc business requirements and participate in internal calls and meetings;
- Encouraging knowledge sharing and sharing best practices;
- Staying connected with the business and functional experts;
- Independent management of the back office for various administrative tasks;
Skills and attributes for success
- Detail-oriented and eager to analyze and solve complex process cases;
- Exceptional customer service skills, including responsiveness and commitment to quality;
- Able to work independently and with minimum supervision;
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Fluency in German and English (written and oral);
- Good knowledge of the MS Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook);
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Ability to prioritize workload and deliver outputs within deadlines;
Ideally, you'll also have
- Self-educate and seek additional knowledge;
- Strong communication and high confidence in working with senior management;
