Genpact is a global professional services and solutions firm delivering outcomes that shape the future.

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our Technical Support Department.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the field service and depot-based teams, interacting with customers in their local language.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating all service-related activities, including service contract lifecycle management and work order management.
  • Providing customer calls and e-mails intake in local language for all related activities.
  • Collaborating efficiently with internal stakeholders, such as Regional Service Leaders and Coordinators, Customer Service, Finance, and Master Data.
  • Administering systems supporting Services, including ServiceMax, SAP, and LOTS.
  • Daily collaboration with third parties, including administration of reports and systems related to external tracking.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A proven experience in customer support, preferably in the medical service area.
  • Team player skills, willing to act on behalf of the team.
  • Pro-activity and autonomy.
  • Positive and professional attitude.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Perfect knowledge of English and at least one additional language, such as German or Dutch.
