Contact Center Technology Solutions team is responsible for the development and maintenance of Contact Center platform solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain advanced Contact Center Technology solutions, specializing in Genesys Engage and Cloud, but not limited to it.
- Implement and execute Contact Center strategy for voice, chat, and email channels.
- Ensure platform availability, day-to-day operations, and security through continuous remediation of open vulnerabilities.
- Maintain open communication with internal staff and vendors, including Genesys Tech Support.
- Collaborate with global teams to meet delivery timelines, working with business partners, project managers, technology vendors, and customers.
- Rapidly adapt to changing environments and make informed decisions with a clear understanding of associated risks.
- Operate effectively in complex, globally diverse settings, with experience working across cultures and time zones.
This is a hybrid position, allowing employees to alternate between remote and office work. Hybrid employees are expected to work from the office 2-3 days a week, with a general guideline of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications:Basic QualificationsMinimum 5 years of relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications6+ years of relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, with at least 10 years of progressively responsible positions in Contact Center solution technologies.
Experience with Genesys on-premise, Genesys Cloud, Nice, or other Contact Center technologies is preferred.
Familiarity with NICE/Verint/Genesys Workforce or call recording solutions is also advantageous.
Strong troubleshooting skills in Genesys/NICE contact center technology platforms are essential.
Ability to design and develop routing applications for voice and multi-channel on cloud and on-premise platforms.
Knowledge of SQL and Cassandra databases is considered a plus.
Excellent SSDLC, operational excellence, and SLA metrics understanding is required.
A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
Excellent collaboration and interface skills to work with various individuals and teams across the organization.
