Our HR Corporate department based in Warsaw, Poland is looking for a

Talent Acquisition Analyst

(f/m/d) (100%)

The role is responsible to support the Corporate HR Department and the business leaders on Global Recruitment and Employer Branding related topics.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deep Dive into Triumph recruitment strategy, anticipate issues, drive action plans to mitigate risks and improve processes where needed
  • Support and Train the Hiring Community on processes related to recruitment, assist in solving issues to close vacancies in a timely manner, training the community on core skills and newest trends on the market
  • Monitor Recruitment reporting and support stakeholders in solving issues regarding recruitment campaigns
  • Manage the job approval process & system, assist the local teams with any issues they might encounter
  • Manage the repository of agencies, contracts, documentation and monitor performance of each agency
  • Analyze candidate surveys and keep an outlook for potential risk areas
  • Track aged requisitions and follow up action plans, help support Triumph Business stakeholders and recruitment team to find solutions and close positions in a timely manner
  • Be responsible for internal Recruitment Newsletter and prepare Recruitment Overviews for Triumph Business Leaders
  • Manage and prepare monthly reports regarding key strategic vacancies within Triumph, prepare statistics and presentations, monitor issues for our strategic hires
  • Drive employer branding activities as well as Global and Regional projects

Your Ideal Profile:

  • You have experience working on HR projects in a global matrix organization (preferably supporting Recruitment Processes)
  • You earned a bachelor's degree (ideally in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology or any other related field)
  • You have excellent project and stakeholder management skills in a multicultural environment
  • You possess strong planning and organizational capabilities as well as excellent cross functional communication skills
  • You are a proficient user of Microsoft Office, especially PPT and XLS
  • You thrive in a dynamic working environment, and are always curious about expanding your skills and knowledge
  • You are fluent in English language both written and spoken
