Job Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the company's customer base in the Nordics & Europe
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients in the Professional Services industry
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Provide market feedback to the company's leadership regarding competitive offerings and prospect needs
- Generate and follow up on sales leads
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
The Successful Applicant
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, consulting, or account management (ideally in professional services)
- Proven track record of closing high-value enterprise deals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
