Accounts Payable (AP/PTP) Shared Service Center in Kraków

Responsibilities:
  • Process, categorize, and distribute invoices using the system to ensure accurate vendor records are maintained in the database.
  • Take a proactive role in managing the daily flow of invoices to identify opportunities for enhancements and suggest improvements to AP processes.
  • Support the AP Team lead in incorporating new processes or tools into the Accounts Payable team by monitoring and managing AP email inboxes.
  • Process bank statements and handle employee travel expenses while collaborating closely with other departments and vendors to address issues.
  • Generate batches for supplier payments and control the G.R.N.I. balance sheet account.
  • Perform month-end closing activities, including closing the AP Subledger and IC balance confirmation, as well as generating reports and conducting analyses related to Accounts Payable.
  • Maintain comprehensive vendor profiles and collaborate with teams to enhance and improve AP processes.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrate good knowledge of German and English (at least B2 level) and MS Office applications.
  • Show previous experience in Finance and Accounting, preferably in Accounts Payable, and working within a global environment.
  • Possess a University degree in economics/finance with a major in Accounting, which may be beneficial.
