Your Profile: Where Passion Meets Purpose

If you have recruitment experience—or are eager to get started—and possess the following qualities, we'd love to have you on our team

  • Languages: Fluent in German (a must), with solid English skills. French? That's a bonus
  • Sales or Customer Experience: A background in sales, call centers, or customer service? Huge plus.
  • Startup Enthusiast: A startup mindset is essential. You're open-minded, adaptable, and ready to wear multiple hats with an all-hands-on-deck attitude.
