Job Description:- Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to key accounts.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and market insights to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform account strategies.
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Experience in key account management, within the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing key accounts.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Fluent English skills are mandatory.
