Sales Forecasting Analyst (f/m/x) Role at Mars Wrigley

As a Sales Forecasting Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create an aggregated demand forecast using customer plans, historical data, and sales data to ensure accurate projections.
  2. Develop annual bottom-up Sales Account Plan forecasts by collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  3. Hold meetings with CMOS and other stakeholders to discuss and recommend short and mid-term customer forecasts.
  4. Present consolidated customer forecasts and support decision-making in pre-DMR and DMR meetings.
  5. Collaborate with Market Collaboration Lead to ensure timely production requirements and product delivery.
  6. Monitor demand plan execution and analyze factors influencing forecast accuracy.
  7. Work closely with sales teams to drive business performance and proactively report on key KPIs.
  8. Analyze forecast performance and operational accurate demand forecasts.
  9. Manage and influence customers to drive business performance and ensure delivery of key customer service targets.
  10. Utilize operational reviews and supply chain trends to gain insights, identify issues, and propose improvements.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 3 years of analytical experience in FMCG environment with demonstrated customer-centric mindset.
  2. University degree required.
  3. Excellent numeracy and analytical skills with experience applying various analytics techniques.
  4. Very good Polish and English language skills required.
  5. Experience in problem-solving, process/tools/systems, and relationship-building in cross-functional environments.
  6. Good understanding of the sales cycle, trends, and broader business implications.
